Aviation Outfit Fighting Against Virginia Hall Land Deal
As part of the First Coast Expressway project the Florida Department of Transportation used a drone to film the path of the new roadway, which included the Pegasus Technologies complex at Reynolds Air Park. The expressway abuts the property, which is to be shielded by a privacy wall.
Pegasus Technologies sued Green Cove Springs last year after the city approved the development of an apartment complex a half mile from the end of the runway, first shown at the beginning of this video. The land in question belongs to the influencial Hall family, most notably Virginia Hall.
